No. 554) is GRANTED to 19 the following extent: the CLERK SHALL SEAL Exhibits A (Dkt. #542-1) and JJ (Dkt. #543-10) to 20 the Declaration of Christine Peek in Opposition to Federal Defendants’ Motion for Summary 21 Judgment. Plaintiff shall file appropriately-redacted versions of the same documents on the 22 public docket by OCTOBER 3 AT NOON. 23 Plaintiff shall file a response to the government’s September 27 letter brief (Dkt. No. 24 552) not to exceed three pages by OCTOBER 2 AT 5:00 P.M. The expert discovery issue will be 25 heard on OCTOBER 10 AT 8:00 A.M. 26 27 28 The government’s motion to continue deadlines in light of the lapse in appropriations 1 (Dkt. No. 553) will be HELD IN ABEYANCE until the Court can assess the extent of any 2 prejudice to orderly progress of this action. 3 4 IT IS SO ORDERED. 5 6 Dated: October 1, 2013.
