On April 14, 2006, the Court issued an Order (Dkt. 59) regarding its review of this matter for possible recusal. In the Order, the Court invites the parties to submit briefs addressing the matters in the Order. Order at 6:1-6. Defendant AT&T CORP. ("AT&T") submits this response. AT&T agrees with the Court's analysis and does not believe that Judge Walker's status as a former subscriber to telephone services offered by AT&T or its affiliates or predecessors constitutes a conflict of interest that would require recusal under 28 U.S.C. § 455 or any other applicable law.
