Based on the Court's review of the pleadings and papers filed in connection with Target Corporation's Administrative Motion for Leave to File Statement of Recent Decision, and good cause appearing, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion is GRANTED. The Statement of Recent Decision, which includes a copy of the ruling Urhausen v. Longs Drug Stores California, Inc., No. A113937, --- Cal. Rptr. 3d ---, 2007 WL 2702927 (Cal. Ct.
