Page 28 at lines 9-10 of the Motion states: "All asserted claims of the `450 patent require that items be provided "in the desired order" or "based upon the desired order." It should read: Asserted claims 5 and 20 of the `450 patent require that items be provided "based upon the desired order." This error was not noticed until after the Motion had been e-filed. Additionally, the `450 and `381 patents are attached as Exhibits A and B respectively to the Confidential Declaration of William O'Brien, and first cited to on page six of the Motion. Certificates of correction were filed for the '450 patent, but because they did not alter the arguments in the motion, those pages were not attached to the exhibit in consideration of the Court's strict page limit requirements.
