Thereafter, petitioner's counsel of record, John Halley, advised petitioner he would not represent petitioner for purposes of appeal (see Docket No. 32), and petitioner subsequently has appeared herein pro se (see, e.g., Docket Nos. 24, 25). Accordingly, John Halley is hereby relieved as counsel of record for petitioner, and the Clerk is directed to send any district court order or notice, including, but not limited to, any order or notice regarding payment of fees for appeal, to petitioner Paul Wayne King directly.
