Counsel is directed to file a declaration under seal that sets forth the reasons for his motion to withdraw. The Court will take the motion to withdraw under submission after the filing of the declaration. Counsel is further advised that the Court will not consider a motion to withdraw as counsel without such declaration or other statement giving good cause for the withdrawal; therefore, in the future counsel should not move to withdraw without simultaneously requesting permission to file under seal, and filing under seal, a declaration supporting the motion to withdraw.
