The case management conference has been continued to September 14, 2007, at 1:30 p.m., and thus Plaintiff's instant request is DENIED AS MOOT. Although it is the Court's normal practice to require the parties and counsel to appear in person at the initial case management conference, if it appears to the parties that this matter will be resolved through a settlement, the Court would be inclined to grant a joint request to conduct the September 14 case management conference by telephone. If, however, the case is not going to be resolved short of litigation, all parties and counsel shall appear in person on that date. IT IS SO ORDERED. Dated: August 3, 2007 JEFFREY S.
