Any writings submitted to the other side shall be lodged with the Court. This may be done by sending a facsimile transmission to 415-522-4694. To participate in the September 21, 2009 telephone conference, counsel and parties shall contact CourtCall, telephonic court appearances at 1-888-882-6878, and make arrangements for the telephonic conference call. At that conference, the parties should be prepared to discuss the progress of their negotiations, any areas of disagreement that remain and the propriety of having Mr. Saito attend the October 22, 2009 settlement conference. A further settlement conference is scheduled for October 22, 2009 at 9:00 a.m., in Courtroom G, 15th Floor, Federal Building, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102.
