On November 12, 2010, the parties filed a Stipulation and Proposed Order Regarding Continuance of Motion for Summary Judgment, and Further Case Management Conference (the "Stipulation"). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Stipulation for continuance is GRANTED IN PART, AND DENIED IN PART as follows: 1. The Motion for Summary Judgment, and Further Case Management Conference currently set for hearing on November 19, 2010 at 9:30 a.m., shall be continued to April 1, 2011, at 9:30 a.m. 2. There will be no further continuances. IT IS SO ORDERED.
