Pursuant to the order entered on March 31, 2010 defendants must file their proposed form of judgment by April 30, 2010. If defendants oppose plaintiffs' request for dismissal of
the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth claims for relief, defendants must file an opposition by April 30, 2010.
