ECF No. 246. 26 Since that time, the Court has entered the parties' consent 27 judgment under Rule 54(b), approved the Plaintiffs' proposal for 28 the distribution of excess, and approved the parties' Amended 1 Settlement Agreement. 2 claimants to file additional information for their claims has now 3 passed, and this case's Special Master, Hon. James Larson, is 4 administering those claims. 5 Further, the March 15 deadline for hardship The Court now requests that Plaintiffs prepare a short summary 6 of the progress of the distribution of excess and equitable 7 distribution of the settlement proceeds, in light of the Court's 8 prior order on Plaintiffs' motion for fees and the Court's future 9 consideration of said motion.
