1 2 3 4 5 IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT 6 FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA 7 8 9 For the Northern District of California United States District Court 10 IN RE: CATHODE RAY TUBE (CRT) ANTITRUST LITIGATION THIS ORDER PERTAINS TO ALL CASES. 11 12 13 ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) MDL No. 1917 Case No. C-07-5944-SC ORDER SETTING STATUS CONFERENCE 14 15 Given the scale and history of this case, the Court finds it 16 necessary to convene the principal parties and lawyers for a 17 hearing on the progress of the case and the prospects for its 18 efficient resolution. 19 All principal parties and lawyers are hereby ORDERED to appear 20 before the undersigned at 10:00 AM on September 13, 2013, at the 21 United States District Court for the Northern District of 22 California, Courtroom 1, 17th Floor, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San 23 Francisco, California 94102. 24 No later than one week before the hearing date, the parties 25 should file with the Court statements of no more than five pages, 26 briefly discussing their positions in this case (e.g., whom they 27 are suing or defending against, in which related or consolidated 28 cases they are involved, and the postures of any relevant motions, 1 progress of settlement discussions, etc.). Attendance is mandatory. 2 Joint statements and court 3 appearances are acceptable if the relevant parties agree to them. 4 If a party believes it has a valid excuse for not being present and 5 represented at the hearing, it should file a notice explaining the 6 reasons for its absence, no later than one week before the hearing 7 date.
