Having considered the Miscellaneous Administrative Motion (the "Motion") of Plaintiffs Bernard Paul Parrish, Herbert Anthony Adderley, and Walter Roberts III (collectively, "Plaintiffs"), the response of Defendants National Football League Players Association ("NFLPA") and National Football League Players Incorporated d/b/a Players Inc ("Players Inc"), all other papers filed herein, and the records of the case, the Court hereby orders as follows: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion is GRANTED.
