Pursuant to this Court's policy, Plaintiffs request oral argument on their Motion to Strike the Declarations of Linda Castillon, Adam Sullins, Jason Brenner, Christine Finch, and Steve Byrd, to be heard at the summary judgment hearing currently scheduled for 2 pm, July 24, 2008, or at such other time that this Court deems appropriate. Oral argument, if granted, will be conducted by Anthony Garza, a 2005 law school graduate. Mr. Garza's pro hac vice admission to the Northern District of California is currently pending.
