Having considered Plaintiffs' Miscellaneous Administrative Request (the "Request") for an order allowing them to exceed by six pages the 7-page motions in limine limit prescribed by Paragraph 2(f) of this Court's Pre-Trial Order , Defendants' Opposition thereto, and all other papers filed herein, the records of the case, and the oral argument on Plaintiffs' motion, if any, the Court hereby orders as follows: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Request is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs are permitted to substitute the version attached as Exhibit A to the Declaration of Ryan S. Hilbert in Support of Plaintiffs' Request for the shortened version of the document filed with the motions in limine on October 8, 2008. IT IS SO ORDERED.
