Having considered the Motion of Class Representative Herbert Adderley and Class Counsel for a final approval of the settlement, and all other papers filed herein, the records of the case, and the oral argument on the Motion, if any, the Court hereby orders as follows: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that (1) the Settlement Agreement is deemed fair, reasonable, and adequate and in the best interest of the Class; (2) the Plan of Distribution is approved as fair and reasonable; and (3) the settlement shall be consummated subject to its terms. IT IS SO ORDERED.
