The Court also has received and reviewed Class Counsels' motion for final approval with respect to payments to the GLA Class, including determination of all remaining issues (the "Motion"). Having considered Class Counsels' Motion and Report, and all other papers filed herein, the records of the case, and the oral argument on the Motion, if any, the Court hereby orders as follows: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that (1) Class Counsel is [authorized / not authorized] to pay from the Settlement Fund those six Class Members mentioned in the Motion and discussed on Exhibit 1 to the Katz Declaration and the two players whose Claim Forms were received after the deadline. (2) Class Counsel is authorized to send final payments to each of the Class Members who is entitled to a share of the Settlement Fund in the amount to which each Class member is entitled. (3) Class Counsel is authorized to pay the Garden City Group (the "Claims Administrator") all outstanding fees through completion of the project in the amount of $119,505.21. (4) Class Counsel is authorized to pay their damages expert, LECG, in the amount of $1,015 for LECG's work confirming the accuracy of the numbers in the spreadsheets showing payments to Class Members. (5) Class Counsel is authorized to reimburse McKool Smith, P.C. in the amount of $7,139.64 for funds that McKool inadvertently paid to the Claims Administrator that should have come out of the Settlement Fund.
