JOINT STIPULATION WHERAS Plaintiffs filed their Second Amended Complaint on June 21, 2007; WHEREAS, on July 6, 2007, Defendants each filed a Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint Pursuant to Fed.
