In response to the Court's Order and request, dated December 14, 2010 (Dkt. 1012), Oracle hereby confirms that all of the relief that Oracle seeks to close the case is set forth within the proposed form of judgment submitted herewith. This proposed form of judgment differs from the proposed form of judgment, dated December 10, 2010 (Dkt. 1009), only in making explicit that "judgment is entered" against all Defendants on Oracle's claim for copyright infringement. To the extent Defendants, in their submission one week from now, raise any issues not addressed in Oracle's Memorandum submitted on December 10, 2010 (Dkt. 1009), Oracle respectfully requests the opportunity to have at least two business days to address those issues.
