Defendants SAP AG, SAP America, Inc., and TomorrowNow, Inc. ("Defendants") submit

this signed supersedeas bond in the amount of$I,325,033,547.00, attached as Exhibit A, the form

of which was previously stipulated to by Plaintiffs (ECF No. 1074) and approved by the Court
4
(ECF No. 1075). Defendants request that the Court sign the proposed order approving this bond
5
as appropriate security to stay execution of the final judgment entered on February 3, 2011 (ECF
6
No. 1036), pending disposition of post-judgment motions and, if necessary, appeal.
