Prior to the present litigation, I a m aware that TN considered providing third party 6 7 8 9 10 support for the Hyperion and eBusiness Suite ("EBS") software product lines. T N ' s consideration o f servicing Hyperion and EBS products involved, among other things, an analysis o f the projected revenues, expenses and other logistics associated with those potential new service offerings. II 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2. Ultimately, TN did not provide third party support for Hyperion and EBS products. To my knowledge, while I have been CFO, TN has never received any revenue for providing such support services, it never incur any expenses related to Hyperion and EBS products, and it never received revenue or inculTed expenses related to Retek products. . 1 declare under penalty o f peJjury under the laws o f the United States and the State o f California that the foregoing is true and cOlTect.
