Plaintiffs' Administrative Motion for Clarification of the Court's May 5, 2008 Case Management and Pretrial Order is DENIED. The Court's Order is clear, and no clarification is or should have been required. Consistent with Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Advisory Committee Notes to that Rule, the Order's statement, "Depositions: 350 hours each side," applies to all depositions in the case of any type, including expert depositions. IT IS SO ORDERED.
