Pending before this Court is Oracle's Motion to Amend Complaint ("Motion"). Through the Motion, Plaintiffs Oracle USA, Inc., Oracle International Corporation, and Oracle EMEA Limited (collectively, "Oracle"), request an Order granting Oracle leave to file Oracle's Fourth Amended Complaint for Damages and Injunctive Relief in the form attached as Exhibit A to the Motion. Having considered the Motion, and pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure
IT IS HEREBY SO ORDERED THAT Oracle is granted leave to file its Fourth Amended Complaint for Damages and Injunctive Relief in the form attached as Exhibit A to the Motion. Oracle shall file the Fourth Amended Complaint within ten (10) days of entry of this Order.
This Order moots, and the Court declines to decide, Oracle's Alternative Motion to File Stipulated Amended Complaint, filed concurrently with the Motion.
