I asked him to reconsider his decision and reminded him of the term sheet in which both he and Andrew agreed to be Vice Presidents. I i n f o r m e d h i m t h a t TNow i s a s e p a r a t e e n t i t y due t o the t h r e a t of l i t i g a t i o n and when t h a t t h r e a t d i s s i p a t e s , he and Andrew would be i n t e g r a t e d and not have t o a s s o c i a t e with one another.
