Pursuant to Local Rules 7-11(a), Plaintiffs Oracle USA, Inc., Oracle International Corporation and Siebel Systems, Inc. ("Plaintiffs") and Defendants SAP AG, SAP America, Inc., and TomorrowNow, Inc. ("Defendants," and together with Plaintiffs, the "Parties") jointly submit this Stipulation to Permit Plaintiffs to File Plaintiffs' Administrative Motion to Extend the Trial Date from November 1, 2010 to November 8, 2010 ("Administrative Motion"). WHEREAS, Plaintiffs' contend that good cause exists to the support extending the start of the Trial Date from November 1, 2010 to November 8, 2010; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the Parties, through their respective counsel of record, that Plaintiffs are permitted to move for permission to file their Administrative Motion.
