(collectively, "Oracle") and Defendants SAP AG, SAP America, Inc., and TomorrowNow, Inc. (collectively, "Defendants," and with Oracle, the "Parties") hereby request that the Court enter an order permitting them to bring into Court the equipment needed to assist the display and presentation of documents, testimony, and related information at trial beginning on November 1, 2010. Specifically, the Parties request that the Court permit them to bring laptops, library carts, monitors, projectors, screens, an elmo, technology tables, VGA lines, audio lines, speakers, switches and associated equipment. The Parties intend to bring the equipment into the Courtroom to set it up on Friday, October 29, 2010. The Parties intend for the equipment to remain in the Courtroom throughout the trial to the extent possible, but further request that this Order allow the Parties to bring in additional technical equipment into Court as necessary through the end of trial.
