WHEREAS Plaintiff Robert Runnings did not include an FLSA claim in his initial complaint; WHEREAS Defendant Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. (“Defendant”) denies that it violated the FLSA with respect to Plaintiffs Miguel A. Cruz, John D.
