In the event the parties are unable to resolve their disputes, defendants are given leave to file a motion for a protective order by Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Plaintiffs' opposition shall be due no later than Monday, February 2, 2009. Defendants' reply, if any, shall be filed by Monday, A hearing is scheduled for February 18, February 9, 2009. 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom G, 15th Floor, Federal Building, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102.
