Following a telephone conference, held on October 30, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., at which the parties were represented by counsel, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all six 30(b)(6) deposition 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 notices mentioned in Document 89 will count as four depositions and plaintiffs have fourteen deposition hours to complete them, subject to their right, after the conclusion of the fourteen hours, to request more time consistent with the guidelines given by the Court.
