Defendant shall reply by Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at noon. 3. A telephone conference to discuss this issue is Counsel scheduled for Friday, November 7, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. shall contact CourtCall, telephonic court appearances at 1-888-882-6878, and make arrangements for the telephonic conference call.
