The Court HEREBY SETS this matter to be heard on January 9, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. Defendants' opposition to this motion shall be filed by no later than December 12, 2008 and Plaintiffs' reply, if any, shall be filed by no later than December 19, 2008. If the Court determines that the matter is suitable for resolution without oral argument, it will so advise the parties in advance of the hearing date.
