PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Plaintiff Gail Awakuni, on behalf of herself, by and through the undersigned counsel, hereby voluntarily dismisses her claims against Defendants pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In support of this Notice of Voluntary Dismissal, Plaintiff provides that: WHEREAS on March 8, 2007, Plaintiff filed a Complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii styled Gail Awakuni, et al. v. AU Optronics Corp., et al., No. 1:07-cv-00122-HG-LEK; WHEREAS on May 11, 2007, that case was transferred by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation to the Northern District of California for pretrial discovery; 1

WHEREAS Defendants have not served either an Answer to the Amended Complaint or a motion for summary judgment; Plaintiff Gail Awakuni, in consideration of the foregoing, hereby voluntarily dismisses without prejudice all claims against Defendants in the MDL processing and the underlying matter of Gail H. Awakuni, et al. v. AU Optronics Corp., et al., Case No. 3:07-cv-3490-SI; This dismissal pertains to the claims of Plaintiff Gail Awakuni only.
