MUELLER, et al. : : : : : ORDER AND NOW, this 17th day of July, 2007, upon consideration of the parties' joint epistolary request that we transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the Court finding that plaintiff has moved to the Northern District of California, which is therefore now the locus of the field office of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services that is adjudicating his application for adjustment of status (the subject of this mandamus action), and all parties request a transfer of this action to that District, and pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. The request is GRANTED and this action is CIVIL ACTION
