The Presidio Trust, et. al C 07-5170 EDL (MEJ) shortened to 21 days and heard on the same date as the plaintiffs' Motion for De Novo Determination, August 18, 2009. Pursuant to Civil Local Rules 6-1 and 6-2, this stipulation is accompanied by a declaration of counsel for federal defendants setting forth the reasons and ramifications of granting this motion. This is the first request to shorten time for the federal defendants' motion to expand the record and, unless the Court orders a change, the shortening of time will not cause any change to any hearing dates or other scheduled matters in this case. A proposed order granting the requested shortening of time and including any changes to the schedule determined necessary by the Court, is attached hereto.
