The parties, by and through their respective counsel of record, have reached a Settlement Agreement in principle and are in the process of negotiating the written terms of that Agreement. Therefore, in order to facilitate this negotiation process, and in the interest of judicial economy, the parties hereby agree to move the filing date of all pretrial pleadings, including the Joint Pretrial Statement, Joint Jury Instructions, Motions in Limine and any Stipulations the parties have regarding admissibility of exhibits, from September 25, 2009 to September 28, 2009.
