On September 24, 2008, the Court granted the parties' Stipulated Request for an 2 Order Modifying Briefing Schedule, in which the parties agreed to certain deadlines. 3 2. Pursuant to the modified briefing schedule, the Plaintiffs responded to Defendant 4 Yoo's Motion to Dismiss on October 17, 2008. 5 3. According to the modified briefing schedule, Defendant's Yoo's Reply is due 6 November 17, 2008. 7 4. Counsel for Defendant Yoo has contacted counsel for Plaintiffs and requested that 8 the date of Yoo's Reply be moved to November 26, 2008. Counsel for Plaintiffs have agreed to 9 the request. 10 5.
