Judge Susan Illston ) ) ) ) ) ) ) 28 1 Stipulation To Adjust Class Certification Schedule 08-CV-00177-SI 1 2 3 STIPULATION WHEREAS, on January 22, 2015, the Court set a Class certification schedule as 4 follows: March 20, 2015 as Plaintiffs’ Deadline for filing their class certification 5 6 Brief; April 17, 2015 as Defendants’ Opposition Brief deadline; and May 1, 2015, as 7 Plaintiffs’ Reply Brief Deadline with a hearing date set for May 15, 2015. 8 9 10 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Court’s instruction at the January 22, 2015 Case Management Conference, the parties have met and conferred regarding Defendants’ 11 production of certain documents and deposition transcripts from a separate 12 case(together “documents”) identified by Plaintiffs’ counsel; 13 14 WHEREAS, the parties are close to reaching an agreement regarding 15 Defendants’ production of certain documents to Plaintiffs but it is not yet finalized 16 17 18 and thus the documents have not been made available to all Plaintiffs’ counsel; WHEREAS, one of Plaintiffs’ lead counsel has recently experienced a health 19 issue that has affected his work capacity and requires treatment; 20 WHEREAS, in light of these issues the parties have met and conferred and agree 21 22 that the schedule set forth at the CMC on January 22, 2015 requires adjustment. 23 24 25 26 27 28 2 Stipulation To Adjust Class Certification Schedule 08-CV-00177-SI 1 ACCORDINGLY, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and 2 between Plaintiffs and Deloitte & Touche, by and through their respective undersigned 3 counsel: 4 1.
