STIPULATION
WHEREAS, the parties are scheduled to appear for a Case Management

Conference on August 5, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.;
WHEREAS, the parties attended a mediation with Mark Rudy, Esq., on July 6,
2016, at which time the matter did not resolve;

WHEREAS, on July 11, 2016, with the further assistance of the mediator, the
parties did reach a settlement of the three individual actions, without any admission of
liability;

WHEREAS, the parties are currently engaged in preparing a definitive settlement
agreement; and
WHEREAS, in light of the settlement, the parties have met and conferred and

agree that the presently scheduled Case Management Conference should be continued by
forty five (45) days, so as to permit the parties to execute a definitive settlement
agreement and file an appropriate stipulation of dismissal with prejudice and without

costs or fees.
