On October 14, 2009, a telephonic hearing was held. John Brosnan, pro se, appeared. Timothy Stearns, counsel for Defendant, appeared. For reasons stated on the record, and good cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. Plaintiff's deposition will be taken on October 23, 2009, at 9:00 a.m., at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, Courtroom A, 15th Floor, San Francisco, CA. Counsel Tim Stearns shall arrange for a court reporter and a videographer. 2. Defendant shall bring all discovery produced in this case to the deposition for inspection by Plaintiff. 3. Plaintiff shall bring, for inspection by Defendant, all documents that are responsive to the document requests or to the deposition notice to the deposition. 5. On or before October 28, 2009, a declaration of the court reporter shall be filed describing the events at the previous deposition of the plaintiff, along with a copy of the transcript, and copy of the video. 6. Opposition to the Motion for Summary Judgment shall be filed on or before November 13, 2009, and the reply brief shall be filed on or before November 20, 2009.
