No opposition has been filed. Having read and considered the papers filed in support of the motion, the Court deems the matter appropriate for decision thereon, hereby VACATES the hearing scheduled for December 5, 2008, and, good cause appearing, hereby GRANTS the motion and awards plaintiff the total sum of $6604.19, as follows1: 1. Pursuant to 29 U.S.C. 1132(g)(2)(C)(ii), plaintiff is awarded liquidated damages in the amount of $5193.04. 2.
