On May 18, 2011, Defendants filed a motion to compel arbitration, which is noticed for
16
hearing on July 1, 2011. It is HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ opposition briefs shall be
17
due on June 3, 2011, and Defendants’ reply brief shall be due on June 10, 2011. If the Court
18
finds the matter suitable for disposition without oral argument, it shall notify the parties in
19
advance of the hearing date. If the parties wish to modify this briefing schedule, the parties
20
shall submit a stipulation or administrative motion to the Court demonstrating good cause for
21
any such modification.
