On February 11, 2010, plaintiffs filed an administrative motion to seal certain materials which defendants had designated "Confidential." (See Dkt. No. 388.) Plaintiffs moved to seal exhibits E­I and K­S to the Declaration of Steve W. Berman in Support of Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment re: Negative Causation (Dkt. No. 385) and the redacted portions of plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment re: Negative Causation (Dkt. No. 384) which quoted exhibits E­I and K­S. Defendants have filed a declaration in support of maintaining the confidentiality of Exhibits E­I, K­N, and R­S of the Berman declaration, as well as the portions of plaintiffs' motion that quote from these exhibits. To the extent Exhibits O­Q were designated as confidential, defendants have withdrawn that designation. Plaintiffs are hereby ordered to file Exhibits O­Q in the public record. Exhibits E­I, K­N, and R­S of the Berman declaration, as well as the redacted portions of the Motion referring to these exhibits, shall remain under seal. IT IS SO ORDERED.
