On May 28, 2013, the Plaintiff, William Whitsitt (“Mr. Whitsitt”) filed an Objection to
16
the Order, dated May 2, 2013, denying a motion for relief from judgment that Mr. Whitsitt filed
17
on April 30, 2013 in this case, which the Court shall treat as a motion for reconsideration. The
18
Court finds no basis to revisit its ruling. Accordingly, the “objection” is DENIED.
