19 Defendants Thomas A. Cohen d/b/a Hammermark Productions, Kristi Denton Cohen d/b/a 20 Peloton Productions, and Sierra Club (collectively, "the Defendants"), by and through their 21 respective counsel of record, stipulate to the following: 22 23
WHEREAS, Plaintiff Duncan and the Defendants (collectively, "the Parties") have

24 entered a settlement agreement resolving the claims for relief asserted in the above-captioned 25 action; 26 27 28
