This matter is set for a hearing on January 9, 2009 in this consolidated action on Defendant Fremont Unified School District's motion to stay and Plaintiffs' motion to strike. The Court HEREBY ORDERS that an opposition to Plaintiffs' motion to strike and a reply brief to Defendant's motion to stay shall be filed by no later than December 8, 2008 and a reply brief to Plaintiffs' motion to strike shall be filed by no later than December 15, 2009. If the Court determines that these matters are suitable for resolution without oral argument, it will so advise the parties in advance of the hearing date. If the parties wish to modify this schedule, they may submit for the Court's consideration a stipulation and proposed order demonstrating good cause for any modification requested. IT IS SO ORDERED.
