respectfully file this joint stipulation to amend the briefing schedule on BANA’s Federal Rule of

Civil Procedure 12(c) Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (“Motion”).

Counsel for Plaintiff, Cotchett Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, is preparing for trial

beginning May 14, 2013 in the Central District of California, and has mediation scheduled for the

week of May 6, 2013 in another lawsuit.
