Petitioner, a prisoner of the State of California has filed a habeas corpus petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Respondent has filed an answer. Petitioner has filed a motion seeking an extension of time to file a traverse to Respondent's answer to the petition. Good cause appearing, his request for an extension of time is GRANTED (docket no. 19). Petitioner's traverse is due on or before sixty (60) days from the date of this order. IT IS SO ORDERED.
