For $34,786.00, on The Chuck Olsen Co., Inc.'s Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act ("PACA") Trust claim, for violating the PACA and breaching their fiduciary duties under the PACA, 7 U.S.C. § 499e(c), plus pre-judgment interest of $10,521.44, post-judgment interest @ 18% per year until paid in full, and attorneys fees to date of $7,094.16, as well as post-judgment attorneys' fees incurred by Plaintiff to enforce or collect this Judgment.
