This matter was set for a case management conference on March 30, 2009. This Court continued the case management conference to April 7, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. On April 7, 2009, at 9:00 a.m., lead counsel for plaintiff Alberto Rocha ­ Howard Moore, Jr. ­ failed to appear. The case management conference was continued to 10:00 a.m. At 10:00 a.m., plaintiff's counsel failed to appear. In two prior case management conferences (held on September 29, 2008 and December 15, 2008), lead counsel for plaintiff Alberto Rocha did not appear. Instead, counsel who was not lead counsel appeared on behalf of plaintiff. Plaintiff's counsel is hereby ordered to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. The hearing on the order to show cause shall be on April 27, 2009, at
