Plaintiff shall file his 22 opposition within twenty-eight (28) days of the date the motion is filed. Defendants shall 23 file a reply within fourteen (14) days of the date the opposition is filed. 24 This order terminates Docket No. 86. 25 IT IS SO ORDERED. 26 27 28 DATED: June 7, 2012 _________________________ MAXINE M.
